There is a café on the first floor and a terrace with a great view on the rooftop for relaxation. The café offers free breakfast in the form of sandwiches, fruits, and coffee every morning. Meanwhile, the community room on the second floor is equipped with a kitchen sink, a shared refrigerator, and a microwave oven for simple, reheatable food. The guesthouse is also located only 2–3 min away by foot from many tourist sights, such as the Registered Cultural Heritage 183 Japanese-style House in Sinheung-dong (Hitorsu House), Dongguksa Temple, Chowon Photo Studio, and Teddy Bear Museum.
