Yeobyeoncho House is a guesthouse created by the Jecheon City Government in order to vitalize urban tourism. Yeobyeoncho refers to tobacco leaf that is dried naturally without cutting. The guesthouse was named after this, because it was created by remodeling a part of the Former Building of Jecheon Tobacco Growers Organization. The Former Building of Jecheon Tobacco Growers Organization and the Jecheon Leaf Tobacco Warehouse are registered cultural assets of the Jecheon City Government. Located in the city center of Jecheon, it has easy access, and offers affordable room rates. Yeobyeoncho House is located on the second floor of the building. On the first floor, there is a cafe and the guest rooms are located on the second floor. There is a total of eight guest rooms, including twin rooms with two super single beds, four-people rooms with two bunk beds, and ondol rooms for a family of four. The guest rooms are generally neat and have clean bedding. Each room has a bathroom with a bathtub. Although it is not possible to cook inside the rooms, the guesthouse provides complementary breakfast at the cafe on the first floor. However, you must subscribe to Yeobyeoncho House's YouTube channel to receive the complementary breakfast service. In front of the building, there is a spacious park. Right next to it, there are the Jecheon Leaf Tobacco Warehouse and the Former Building of Jecheon Tobacco Growers Organization that give off the atmosphere of the early modern period during the Korean Empire.
