Byeolbaragi House is a hanok accommodation located at the foot of Gangjin Dalbit Hanok Village on the south of Wolchulsan National Park. The aromatic green tea scent from the nearby tea house lingers at its entrance, where you can find a red mailbox and a garden filled with green grasses. On cloudy days, you can see a picturesque landscape beyond the eaves, a mountain ridge enveloped with cloud and mist. Byeolbaragi House has two rooms, Venus and Milky Way, which are traditional Korean rooms where you put a padded mattress on the heated floor with a separate bathroom. Venus has a Korean paper lantern emitting soft light that puts you to sleep, and Milky Way has a large window that capture the landscape of the garden. The living room that connects the rooms is the charm of Byeolbaragi House. It has a long table and a fireplace at a corner, so it is a perfect place for guests to share talks. Free breakfast can’t be missed as well. Rice cooked in a cast-iron pot with delectable side dishes will make you greatly enjoy your meal.
